A walking trail along the west side of Blacktail Lane will also be part of the project. "I think it's going to be a great opportunity for people to have quality homesites in Butte," he said. ALSO BEFORE THE planning board this week is the final plat for part of the Flint Creek Ranch Cluster Development near Ramsay. Phase One includes 25 residential lots ranging from 20 to 56 acres. Another 49 lots are planned. Access issues have been worked out for these first 25 lots, according to the staff report, and they're all to be served by on-site wells and septic systems. Approval is recommended since the developer, Tom Langel of AmeriMont Inc., has made significant progress toward satisfying all 18 conditions imposed last year when the project gained preliminary approval.
